PassengerList Item 1
- Required to READ and SIGN the liability waiver form prior to riding
- Must be at least 10 years and above
- Weighted less than 90 kg and maintain a good health

WeatherList Item 2
- Smoothness of each take off depends on weather per day activity
- Experience is completely weather dependent and we can't guarantee a flight
- If session is cancelled due to weather, you will be offered a re-schedule or refund

SafetyList Item 3
- Casual attire with closed shoes are recommended
- No alcohol consumption before or during the activity
- passenger are required to join the safety briefing before departure

CancellationList Item 4
- Pilot reserves right to cancel or stop the activities due to the weather condition
- The operator reserves the right to withdraw, stop or refuse any rider who does not comply with the rules and regulations. In such circumstances there will be no refund.
